Teaching Credentials

Purpose

To credential faculty with teaching assignments.

Academic Personnel with administrative oversight of requisitions. e.g. Deans, Chairs, College and Department Administrators

Hiring Coordinator access in UNMJOBS Banner Authorization Requests (BAR) system.

Follows steps 1. and 2. when credentialing faculty as part of a UNMJobs Recruitment
Follow step 2. for returning or current faculty.

UNMJobs > Recruit >Manage Requisitions > Applicants > Summary Tab > Edit Custom Fields

Note: Located in the same area were the Departmental Reasonable Assessment DRA is completed.

Action: Designate the Credential and Course Level by clicking Edit Custom Fields
