Reports

What Reports are available?

In the new UNMJobs it's easy to run reports and build your own, currently there are two options:

• Standard Reports- These reports allow you to quickly run system delivered reports by selecting a few criteria. Need to see which applicants have self-identified? Run an Applicant Compliance Report.
• Custom Reports- This feature allows you to build reports with the data you want in the order you want it. You can add as much details as needed, set recurring schedules and share the reports with your colleagues to view data that is most useful to you.

How do I use Reports?

To generate a Standard Report navigate to Reports > Standard Reports and select an option form the list that appears on the screen

Applicant Compliance Report

• allows you to view and download self-identification data by applicant for search committees to determine the diversity of the pool and complete a second look for minorities and women.
