Assistantship Contract Originator

• Required training on Learning Central: “Lobo Contracts for Assistantship Contracts” (OGS 486)

• If not already completed, you must take and pass “Securing Private Data” on Learning Central

• Submit BAR for “Assistantship Contract Originator” role

Assistantship Contract Department Approver

• If not already completed, you must take and pass “Securing Private Data” on Learning Central

• Submit BAR for “Assistantship Contract Department Approver” role

Note: The same person cannot be both the originator and the approver for an individual assistantship contract.
