HSC User Unable to Login to UNMJobs

HSC Users may need to take additional steps to login to UNMJobs, Open Enrollment, or any application that uses Azure Active Directory.

1. Login with UNM NetID@unm.edu

  • Sign in with YourNetID@unm.edu
  • Make sure you have the @unm.edu in your username, @salud.unm.edu will not work.
  • If you need to reset your UNM NetID password please call the UNM IT Help Desk at (505) 277-5757.

2. Try using a “private” or “incognito” window

If you are signing with YourNetID@unm.edu or are not presented with an opportunity to sign-in.  Then single sign-on (SSO) may be in effect and you may be able to use a Private window to receive a login screen without using SSO.  Note, that private windows will not remember your history.

To open a private window press the following:

  • Edge and Internet Explorer:  Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Firefox and Chrome:                Ctrl+Shift+N

For Mac swap Ctrl with Cmd in the above examples

3. Try Logging Out of SSO

If the above steps do not work or are too complex, you can log out of your Salud account and login into your UNM account with the link below.

When you have completed your tasks in UNMJobs you may need to use this link again to logout of your UNM account and log back into your Salud account.

4. Setup a User Profile

It may be more convenient to create a "profile" that allows easy switching between Salud and Main campus accounts.  Follow the links below for instructions.
