- When viewing your applicant list within UNMJobs, the majority of fields contained with the staff application appear horizontally for each applicant entry. You can create a default layout for your applicant status list to limit or reorganize the columns displayed.
- To access your applicant list, hover over the 'Recruit' tab and select 'Manage Requisitions'. For the applicable job posting, select the number under the 'Applicants' column to access the applicant list.
- Under the button, select to be brought to the 'Edit Page Layout" Page. This will allow you to choose which columns you see and you can also change the order of the columns.
- Select or un-select the columns you want to see by highlighting the column in either the Available Columns or Selected Columns boxes. Use the < > arrows to move the column names between boxes. Use the ˄ ˅ arrows to move the column name up or down the list. Once you have the columns you want to see then select Save
You can also save the above settings as your universal view by selecting Edit the Default layout template.
