Submitting Help Tickets

  1. Go to help.unm.edu
  2. Login with your NetId and password
  3. Click Make a Request -> Technical Service Request -> Application Administration Request
  4. Select New, Modify, or Disable as appropriate
  5. Category should be blank.  
  6. In the description begin your request with: Please task to Apps – Support CC

  7. Continue the description of your request

  8. Submit
