Purpose

 To cancel an Cancel an Offer Letter.

Applicability

Department level Hiring Coordinators who are responsible for the administrative oversight of requisitions.

Prerequisites

Hiring Coordinator access is managed via Hiring Coordinator role which can be requested via the Banner Authorization Requests (BAR) system.

Procedure

4.1

Cancel an Offer letter

  1. From the navigation bar, hover over Recruit and click Manage Requisition.
  2. Click numerical value on the Applicants column.
  3. Click on the Applicants Name.
  4. Click on the Statues tab.
  5. Scroll down to the offer details section.
  6. Click View Details in the Approval category.
  7. A pop up windowwill window will appear, scroll to the bottom and select Cancel Approvals.

The offer letter is now cancelled, update the applicant's status to under review or dispense.
