To create a default view for all requisitions, select the radio button for 'Edit the Default layout template'.

Edit Page Layout

1. Under the  button, select  to be brought to the 'Edit Page Layout" Page. This will allow you to choose which columns you see and you can also change the order of the columns.   
   
   
2. Use the < > arrows to move the column names between the 'Available Columns' and 'Selected Colunms' sections. The columns listed in the 'Selected 'Columns' section will appear in the applicant list. Use the ˄ ˅ arrows to move the column name up or down the list. Once you have the columns you want to see then select 'Save'.
