Purpose
Department approval of Hiring Request.
Applicability
Department Approvers who are responsible for the approving of Staff hiring requests.
Prerequisites
A BAR role is not required to be identified as a hiring request approver.
Procedure
From the Navigation bar hover over Recruit
- Select Recruiting Approvals
- Click on
icon to review Offer Details
To approve or Not Approve Hiring Request Offer Details: 
- Click green checkmark
if approved- If adding a comment select drop down arrow next to green button
- Enter comment in pop up box and save
- If not approved click on
- If adding a comment select drop down arrow next to red button
- Enter comment in pop up box and save
Click Submit
